The website is intended for anyone looking for a place to stay on Bonaire. This can be all kinds of houses. From houses for sale and rent to work locations and plots. Sellers/landlords can have their properties placed here and visitors can contact them via this website.
Can I list a house as a private individual?
Yes, that is certainly possible. When you have registered, log in you will arrive at a personal dashboard. There you will find in the left menu on the left to place a house, property, or advertisement.
How do I get in touch with a seller/landlord?
If you want to get in touch with a seller/landlord, you can find a form of contact via a house (property). This form of contact depends on the seller/landlord. It can be via email, but also by means of, for example, calling. You can also chat with the seller/landlord when you are logged in.
Can I contact you for advice?
We do not have good information about a particular house and/or other type of property/plot. For this you can contact the relevant seller/landlord.
Do you resolve disputes between buyer and seller?
Unfortunately, we cannot help you with that. We only offer a platform for the seller/landlord and the visitors of the website. If you have a dispute, it is best to investigate which rights and obligations apply on Bonaire.
How quickly is a property or advertisement listed on the website?
Once you have placed a property (under House/property/advertisement) and payment has been made, your property will be listed on the website. The same goes for placing advertisements.
Advertisements are allowed as long as there is space in the location in question.
I want to put a property on the homepage. How do I do that?
When you have uploaded a house or property you can choose in the dashboard under place advertisement where you want to place the advertisement. Then you can choose which property you want in that place.
I want to place an ad in a slider, but I am not a real estate agent. Is that possible?
That is certainly possible. You can choose in your personal dashboard where you want to place your advertisement under House/property/advertisement.
Then you can choose where you want to buy an advertising spot. When you have paid for it, it will be there immediately.
For slider advertisement, go to House/property/advertisement and choose which slider you want to use. This is possible as long as there is space in the slider in question.
Can I also register as a private individual?
Yes, that is certainly possible. The big advantage for when you register is that you can also chat with each other when you are logged in. You can also save houses/properties as favorites.
You can also put your house (property) up for sale/rent yourself. But you can also pass this on as an assignment to your broker.
Can I also promote my real estate agency here?
Yes, that is also possible. The packages that we offer also include the option for a package that your real estate agency is also shown on our website.
