This privately located beach villa “Kas Playa” is the most exclusive villa on the Caribbean island of Bonaire. You can find this top-notch villa at a 10-minute walk from the center of Kralendijk. What makes this villa so unique is the 30-meter wide, natural private sandy beach. In addition to swimming in the sea, you can also swim in the 15-meter wide infinity pool. This pool even has sunbeds in the water! Kas Playa was newly built in 2020 on a double lot and is therefore built in width. One of the other unique features of Kas Playa is that there is floor to ceiling glass, so you can enjoy a fantastic panoramic view of the Caribbean Sea. A tour of the villa

Ground floor: You enter the villa through a huge wooden door with a small hidden garden through to the front door. Here you enter the spacious living room. The high-end kitchen is located on the ground floor. To the right of the living room you can find one of the bedrooms with bathroom. At the front of the villa is another bedroom, also with its own bathroom. On the ocean side you can open all the sliding doors, which allows the lovely breeze.

First floor: Via the stairs to the top you reach the other bedrooms, each with its own bathroom. Here is also the private gym with high quality Life fitness equipment such as a rowing machine, treadmill, cross trainer, power station and dumbells.

Outside: From the kitchen and living room you can go outside. There is a spacious lounge with a large ceiling fan. The beautiful infinity pool, followed by the private beach are waiting for you here. There is a separate laundry room and storage room for diving equipment outside. On the other side of the pool there is another gazebo with lounge.
