Description
A one bedroom apartment located directly on the water, located in Ocean Breeze. The corner apartment is located on the ground floor and has a (shared) jetty. The house is fully furnished and there is also a communal swimming pool on the property.
Layout
In total the building contains 6 apartments. It is a corner apartment on the bottom left of the building, which gives direct access to the jetty.

A double door gives access to the house with travertine floor in Romanesque pattern. A reasonably long hallway leads to the living room, over the entire back of the house with sliding doors to the terrace. The covered porch has a fantastic view of the lagoon. The porch offers a wonderful place for an evening of BBQ'ing with friends and or family.

In the living room with air conditioning is also the open kitchen with Atag (built-in) appliances: a ceramic hob, a microwave and extractor hood. Furthermore, the kitchen has a new freestanding refrigerator.

The bedroom with double bed and bedside tables is located at the front of the house and of course also has an inverter air conditioner. There is an en-suite bathroom with rain shower, a sink and a separate room with toilet and washing machine.

The house is fully furnished with luxury inventory.

The apartment can use a (shared) jetty where you can moor a boat. There is ample opportunity to park in front of the door.

Environment
The cozy Ocean Breeze is a complex that is built on one of the islands opposite the airport. There is a hotel with the very popular restaurant The Dock. There is a swimming pool for the residents of the villas and apartments. The beach Te Amo Beach and Bachelor Beach are within walking distance of the complex. The largest supermarkets and shops are only a few minutes drive away.

Technical details
There is an Owners Association responsible for the maintenance of the swimming pool and parking spaces. The monthly contribution is $ 287. In the house there are 220V and 110V sockets.
