The house is surrounded by a beautifully landscaped tropical garden. Through a hall with the bedrooms on either side you reach the very spacious living room, which flows through the dining area into the semi-open kitchen. The porch that runs across the entire back of the house is equipped with insect screen. Fairly recently (Nov '23) the fountain was removed and a swimming pool was built in its place.

The spacious master bedroom is located on the right side of the house and has patio doors to the garden. The en-suite bathroom is spacious and has a bath and walk-in shower. On the left side of the hall are the two other bedrooms that share a bathroom.
